Gyrados and Starmie to the rescue! Base

You MUST credit me for the base.

You must credit Satoshi Tarjiri, Nintendo and GameFreak for Pokemon. (Yes all of them, it won't kill you)
No Frankendolling/frankendoodling (I'm not gonna explain, so don't ask what it is)

Shade it yourself!
Do not change the Pokemon's colors. Only shade them please. (changing it to a shiny doesn't count!)
Don't claim as yours, it will be reported.
